How we protect the property
Planting is wetted before and rinsed after. Runoff direction, drains, and water features are identified at the walkthrough. Fixtures, outlets and anything we will not point water at are noted in the written scope.
Confirm roof work, multi-story work, chemical and process language, plant and property protection, wastewater handling, and excluded materials.

The material decides the pressure.

Soft washed at low pressure with planting pre-wetted and rinsed afterwards.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing relies more on mechanical force. Soft washing generally uses lower pressure with a cleaning solution and a dwell and rinse process. The correct choice depends on the surface, coating, buildup, location, and the company’s approved method; neither label alone guarantees a safe result.
Are your products safe for children, pets, plants, and pools?
Product selection, dilution, application, rinsing, dwell time, and access instructions are specific to the job. Tell the team about children, pets, sensitivities, landscaping, water features, and special materials before approval, and follow all keep-clear and drying instructions.
